This is the central location for volunteering for the 2025 Craft Show. Please feel free to volunteer for more than one shift. Athletes & parents are expected to work one shift per sport that they participate in at Ford. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your shift so that you have time to sign in and get to your location.  

Please note specific slots are for adults only. Students should not sign up for these slots. 

Friday Craft Show Check In Locations:

• Indoor Volunteers will meet in the Commons at the concession tables
• Parking Lot Volunteers report to the equipment shed (to the right of Door 14 Blue Door)
• Pizza will be served at noon for the morning & afternoon shifts

For last minute volunteering issues during the show please email hfiicraftshow@gmail.com with your name and what shift you were working so we can cover that area.
