This is the central location for volunteering for the 2025 Craft Show. Please feel free to volunteer for more than one shift. Athletes & parents are expected to work one shift per sport that they participate in at Ford. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your shift so that you have time to sign in and get to your location.  

Please note specific slots are for adults only. Students should not sign up for these slots. 

Day of Craft Show Check In Locations:

• Indoor Volunteers enter at the Purple Door (front of PAC) & proceed to Room 425 (behind the band room)
• Parking Lot Volunteers report to the equipment shed (to the right of Door 14 Blue Door)
• Minimal parking will be available for volunteers by the auto shop, we recommend carpooling or arranging drop offs.

For last minute volunteering issues during the show please email hfiicraftshow@gmail.com with your name and what shift you were working so we can cover that area.
